Custom Virtual Interior Design

Meghan Kahn Design offers custom virtual interior design services for clients seeking a fully customizable, affordable, and creative design package for a single room or space.

THE PROCESS:
1. Select and purchase the package that best fits your design needs. I currently offer fully custom packages, lighting selections, and pre-made mood boards. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a welcome package with instructions and the next steps for me to begin your design!

2. You will complete the design questionnaire sent in the welcome package, sign the terms & conditions agreement, and provide me with inspiration photos, photos/videos of the space along with the dimensions. I may have additional questions as I work through the design process.

3. You will receive your initial design that reflects your specific needs and vision in 7-10 business days. You will review the initial design and send me any feedback. If necessary, we will discuss revisions. One round of revisions is included with purchase. I will make any necessary adjustments before sending over the final design package. Additional revisions can be purchased, however, it’s usually not needed. Please message me if you have questions.

4. You will receive your completed design package once you approve the final design! This includes the mood board, specification sheet, and all links to start purchasing and complete the transformation of your new space!

WHAT I WILL NEED FROM YOU UPON PURCHASE:
To ensure that your interior design journey is as seamless and fulfilling as possible, your active participation is invaluable. Here’s what I will need from you:

• Completed questionnaire - Inside your welcome packet, you will find a link to the design questionnaire. Please fill this out as best and as quickly as you can.
  
• Signed Terms & Conditions Agreement - Upon purchase, you find the download of the Terms & Conditions Agreement with the Welcome Packet. Please print, sign, and email to hello@meghankahndesign.com
  
• Inspiration - Please provide links to any Pinterest or Houzz boards as well as any other links or photos.
• Your space - Photos or videos of the current space (preferably in high resolution + in daylight). A rough outline or sketch of the floorplan layout with dimensions noted.

**Please note any delays in sending the items listed above will affect the standard delivery time.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
— One 2D design board (referred to as a mood board)
— A layout suggestion for furniture and large accessories (sofa, chairs, decorative pillows, curtains, table, art, etc.)
— One round of revisions is included (additional revisions may be purchased if necessary)
— Final specification sheet with shopping list, quantities, links, stores, price, etc.

PLEASE NOTE:
In an effort to protect my time and ensure a collaborative and fulfilling project for everyone, please be ready to get started as soon as you purchase. This package expires after 30 days after purchase if no contact has been made by the buyer.

While I do my best to make selections that are currently available, items in this industry can go out of stock quickly and I cannot guarantee that every piece suggested will be in stock when you are ready to start the ordering process. If you come across an item that is out of stock, please reach out and I will do my best to find an alternative. If you are starting the ordering process more than 60 days after the purchase of this design package, a small additional fee may apply.

I currently only source items from US-based retailers.

Due to the nature of this service and the time and effort poured into each project, I do not accept any cancellations, exchanges or refunds of my custom interior design packages.

EXPECTATIONS:
This listing is for ONE custom room only. Which includes paint colors, furniture, and large accessories. If you have an open concept room (living room open to the kitchen, bedroom open to the bathroom, etc., please reach out to discuss prior to purchase)

While I may include some smaller accessories in the mood board and final spec sheet, this listing doesn’t include styling open shelving or bookcases.
